Dunn & Browne, L.L.C. is a general practice firm with a practice emphasis in corporate law, commercial litigation, real estate, family law, estate planning, and administration, and other areas of law. Dunn & Browne, L.L.C. concentrates on the representation of businesses and corporations with headquarters or local offices in the metropolitan New York region. This firm is structured with the objective of addressing "in house" the broader range of legal issues characteristic of the modern business environment of our clients. At the present time, we do not practice extensively in labor, taxation, trade regulations, SEC, or specialized administrative areas. However, our firm does significant land use work, including real estate development, conveyances, leases, zoning, and related environmental administrative activities, in addition to providing corporate, litigation, and commercial legal services.

Besides our commercial practice, the firm renders personal legal services to corporate personnel in matters ranging from estate planning, real estate, and family law.

Dunn & Browne, L.L.C. is the firm resulting from a merger of Breitenstein & Browne, P.A. and Dunn & Dunn, ESQ's. These two firms each practiced law for many years in Closter, New Jersey, USA. In 1996, the firms merged into the present firm in order to enhance their ability to offer more specialized legal services in an age of increasing legal complexity.
