Dunn & Browne, L.L.C. is a general practice firm with a
practice emphasis in corporate law, commercial litigation, real estate,
family law, estate planning, and administration, and other areas of
law. Our firm has offices in New York and New Jersey. Its principal
office is in River Vale, New Jersey. The firm includes attorneys
admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Dunn & Browne,
L.L.C. concentrates on the representation of businesses and
corporations with headquarters or local offices in the metropolitan New
York region. This firm is structured with the objective of addressing
"in house" the broader range of legal issues characteristic of the
modern business environment of our clients. At the present time, we do
not practice extensively in labor, taxation, trade regulations, SEC, or
specialized administrative areas. However, our firm does significant
land use work, including real estate development, conveyances, leases,
zoning, and related environmental administrative activities, in
addition to providing corporate, litigation, and commercial legal
services.
Besides our commercial
practice, the firm renders personal legal services to corporate
personnel in matters ranging from estate planning, real estate, and
family law.
Dunn & Browne,
L.L.C. is the firm resulting from a merger of Breitenstein &
Browne, P.A. and Dunn & Dunn, ESQ's. These two firms each practiced
law for many years in Closter, New Jersey, USA. In 1996, the firms
merged into the present firm in order to enhance their ability to offer
more specialized legal services in an age of increasing legal
complexity.

The first principle of
conduct in this firm's practice of law is uncompromising integrity. In
this age of complex and competing values and public cynicism, we remain
committed to straight dealing with our clients as well as our
adversaries and associates. We do not confuse vigorious advocacy with
discourtesy, or the need to dissemble. We understand the difference
between a mutually beneficial settlement and the surrender of
principle. The firm will not compromise its reputation through either a
lack of candor or the pursuit of illegitimate claims. We believe that
good attorney- client relationships are built on the quality of our
services and our concern for our client's real interests.
This firm believes that
our client's best interests are served by eliminating unnecessary costs
in rendering legal services. Accordingly, there are no frills in this
firm. We are here to serve and care, not to entertain.
